I’m in fact a Montrealer that has already found the best bagel! I’ve tried many bagels around the world, every shop in Montreal of course, and have come to the conclusion that Mount Royal Bagel Bakery has the best bagel. It has a special sweetness to it, and something distinct about it that I just can’t seem to touch on. Some secret ingredient perhaps?
What’s your bias towards Fairmount bagel? Do you own it? It’s my dream to one day own a bagel shop!
